Abstract
We report on the fabrication of blue hole-blocking organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) using an inter-layer inside the electrodes. The thin LiF inter-layer under the cathode acts as an electron-injection medium, and the m-MTDATA inter-layer on the anode acts as a buffer layer. The results show that the device containing the inter-layer greatly enhances the property of the blue hole-blocking structure OLEDs. The mechanism of the inter-layer in this device is discussed.
