Abstract
Six InSb crystals doped with Te or Zn were grown to provide the reference data for the analysis of the space experiments conducted at the International Space Station within the solidification using a baffle in sealed ampoules (SUBSA) investigation. The dopant concentration was measured using the Hall Effect, 4-point probe and Atomic Absorption methods. The dopant segregation profiles in all crystals grown on Earth demonstrate the presence of strong convective mixing in the melt.
