Abstract
•Average hyperfine field reflects the particle size.•Fe3O4 exists in two microenvironments.•Magnetic interaction exists in Fe3O4 at the pore and surface of zeolite.•Low temperature studies support the interaction phenomena.
Magnetic interaction of the magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles grown on zeolite has been studied.
