Abstract
In the two-band Hubbard model is studied by an electric field heating of the electronic and magnetic subsystems of magnetic semiconductors. On the example EuO1-δ are described the experimentally observed significant dependence of the magnetization on the electric field, as well as S-or N-shaped current-voltage characteristics. It is shown that in the case of thin films may be impaired stationary mode and the emergence oscillations of current or voltage. Result calculation: Phase trajectory and oscillations voltage (a) and current density (b) in case film EuO1-δ in the conditions of selfheating for L/h=100, L=100 mm. (a) current is constant - T0=30 K, j=22 mA/cm2 9b) voltage is constant - T0=55 K, U=50 V. T is temperature inside the sample, T0 is the external temperature. The period of oscillation determined by the ratio of length (L) and thickness (h).
