Abstract
⺠The s-f interaction (many body interaction) gives rise to quasiparticle bands in the electrode region. ⺠The many body interaction (s-f interaction) is found to posses strong influence on the TMR of these MTJs. ⺠Substantial influence of the band occupation of the electrode layers (n) on the TMR is also observed from our study.
