Abstract
⺠Oxygen vacancy induces ferromagnetism in cobalt doped anatase TiO2 nanoparticles. ⺠On air annealing the sample loses ferromagnetism giving rise to paramagnetism. ⺠Saturation magnetization decreases at higher doping concentration. ⺠Blocking of magnetic moment occurs due to the presence of cobalt clusters.
