Abstract
⺠Band structures in defective graphenes are analyzed. ⺠Lateral slipping in graphenes quenches the ferromagnetic interactions. ⺠In the lateral slipping modes, Ï bands cross with Ï frontier bands and reduce the magnetism. ⺠Longitudinal slipping in graphenes causes carbene-type ferromagnetic interactions.
