Abstract
We present the phase transition of high Curie temperature InMnP system grown by liquid phase epitaxy. InMnP system has a distribution of uniform islands on the surface layer which has a width of 40Â nm and height of 30Â nm. Two kinds of phase transition in the magnetization were observed. The origin of these structures and their influence for the magnetization are discussed from the view of two-dimensional Ising model.
