Abstract
The magnetic behavior of as-deposited and annealed CoxZn1−x (x=0, 22, 50, 64 and 75) array nanowires were studied by first-order reversal curve (FORC) method. It was found that with increase in Zn content, the magnetostatic interaction and coercivity distribution, average coercivity, saturation magnetization and squareness shifted to the lower values while they increased after annealing treatment. The annealed samples showed two distinct hard and soft phases.
