Abstract
The spectral dependences of refractive indexes no(nâ¥), ne(n||) and În=no(nâ¥)âne(n||) were studied in ZnP2-C2h5 crystals. The intersection of no(nâ¥) and ne(n||) was found for λ0=0.906 μm. The crystal possesses positive dispersion În=no(nâ¥)âne(n||) in the region where λ>λ0, and a negative dispersion is observed in the region where λ<λ0. The electrical, spectral and azimuth characteristics of monolith n-Ñ- and Ðе-n-Ñ-ZnP2C2h5 and discrete ZnP2-C2h5-ZnP2-D48 structures were studied, and a prognosis was made on the usage perspective of these devices.
