Abstract
âºMolecular devices constructed using corrugated graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) are proposed. âºNegative differential resistance is observed in zigzag corrugated GNRs. âºWith the wavelength of the ripples decreasing, both the zigzag and armchair corrugated GNRs exhibit ON/OFF characteristics. âºOn applying external electric field, the current decrease dramatically in zigzag corrugated GNRs.
