Abstract
Solution-based chemical method was used to prepare the LiNi3/5Fe1/5Cu1/5VO4 ceramics. Its structural and dielectric properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis shows an orthorhombic unit cell structure of the compound with lattice parameters a=9.6329 (23) Å, b=6.8527 (23) Å and c=5.4667 (23) Å. Frequency dependence of dielectric constant (εr) at various temperatures exhibits a dispersive behavior at low frequencies. Temperature dependence of εr at various frequencies indicates the dielectric anomalies in εr. Frequency dependence of tangent loss at various temperatures indicates the presence of dielectric relaxation in the material. The variation of relaxation time as a function of temperature follows the Vogel-Fulcher law.
