Abstract
âºNickel malonate dihydrate crystals were grown in silica gel by diffusion method. âºThe crystal was subjected to thermal and dielectric studies. âºThermograms reveal the presence of two water molecules in the crystal. âºThe material exhibits a steady thermal behavior at high temperature range 350-800° C. âºThe low dielectric values of the title compound indicate that the crystal is promising dielectric material in microelectronics industry.
