Abstract
The microscopic magnetic nature of Ca1-xNaxV2O4 with 0⩽x⩽1 was investigated by a positive muon-spin spectroscopy using powder samples in the T range down to 1.8 K. Static antiferromagnetic (AF) order is observed for the metallic compounds with x⩾9.312 as well as for NaV2O4 and insulating CaV2O4. A variety of phases is also found to appear as a function of x and/or temperature.
