Abstract
We investigate the flux-dependent Kondo temperature in a quantum wire with local Rashba and Coulomb interactions in the Kondo regime, based on the combination of nonequilibrium Green's function and slave-boson methods. It is found that the Kondo temperature of the device strongly depends on the Rashba phase. When the Rashba phase is equal to Ï2, one can deduce an analytic expression which is similar to the Kondo temperature for a quantum dot connected to electronic reservoirs.
