Abstract
We report muon spin rotation measurements on a ã111ã single crystal of the marginal type-II superconductor vanadium. The temperature dependence of the magnetic penetration depth is extracted from the data using an iterative solution of the Ginzburg-Landau (GL) equations. This model is valid for low- and high-κ superconductors. The results are compared with the modified London and analytical GL models.
