Abstract
We have analyzed minor hysteresis loops of tensile-deformed Fe single crystals to investigate the influence of dislocations on magnetic structure under low applied fields. Simple relations between minor-loop parameters, which are independent both of field amplitude Ha and lattice defects, are found in the limited range of Ha. The magnetic properties deduced from the relations are more sensitive to dislocations than those of major hysteresis loops and can be explained in relation to the dislocation density.
