Abstract
⺠We developed a batch production of large grain c-axis oriented GdBa2Cu3Oy and SmBa2Cu3Oy. ⺠The NdBa2Cu3Oy thin film made on MgO seeds can withstand temperatures >1100 °C. ⺠More than 50 mm in size GdBa2Cu3Oy superconductors can be fabricated by cold seeding. ⺠The experimental results indicated that sample quality is excellent.
