Abstract
⺠We study the TMR effect in FM/FM/s-wave SC junction at finite temperature for the first time. ⺠The so-called same-spin-band Andreev reflection plays a central role here. ⺠Giant TMR ratio (>106%, at T/Tc < 0.1) has been obtained. ⺠Quantum interference effect on TMR is also studied.
