Abstract
The properties of a series of quasi-2D non-chiral p-wave states in the presence of applied in-plane magnetic field are studied systematically within a simplest phenomenological model. Temperature and magnetic field dependence of the gap parameter, the spin susceptibility, the specific heat as well as the density of states for various p-wave states are calculated. In particular, computation of the free energy shows that a phase transition between two special types of non-chiral p-wave states would be take place under the influence of magnetic field.
