Abstract
► We studied the effects of the binder addition on the green compacts. ► We studied the superconducting properties of bulk Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductors. ► The mechanical properties of the green compacts with binder addition were characterized with the compression tests. ► We could produce bulk Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductors with binder additions.
