Abstract
⺠We investigate thickness distribution and composition ratio of GdBCO film. ⺠Those two factors will vary depending on target-substrate distance in PLD process. ⺠Ic and its distribution across the film will be improved by optimizing the distance. ⺠Enhancing surface morphology of buffer layer will improve Ic values of the film.
