Abstract
⺠We prepared Zn- and Zr-substituted Bi-2212 superconducting materials. ⺠Bi1.8Pb0.3Sr2.0Ca0.9Y0.1Cu1.95Zr0.05Oy showed maximum Tc, but Jc was low. ⺠Zr- and Zn-substitution for Cu site could control Carrier concentration. ⺠Crystal structure analysis suggests Zr substitution for Cu site. ⺠Cu-O2 plane became flatter by Zr substitution.
