Abstract
We study the vortex phase diagram and dynamics in the low-temperature liquid phase of a thick amorphous a-MoxGe1−x film with weak pinning. The vortex solid state is ordered vortex lattice or Bragg glass, which is different from the disordered vortex glass of a-MoxSi1−x films with stronger pinning. We find, however, that the vortex liquid state is similar to that for the a-MoxSi1−x films, involving the quantum-vortex-liquid phase at low temperature, where we again detect the unusual vortex flow.
