Abstract
Vortex states of Josephson vortices in Bi-2212 have been studied by transport measurements with a current along the c-axis on the structured junctions in the parallel magnetic fields to the superconducting layers. From the flow-resistance of Josephson vortices, the three-dimensionally ordered state has been determined on the samples from under-doped to over-doped. At the upper boundary of the three-dimensionally ordered phase, I-V characteristics show a distinct change in these samples. The power-law dependence of the voltage to the current shows a definite change reflecting the dimensionality of JV phase.
