Abstract
⺠First results on the characterization of 3D DNW monolithic sensor. ⺠Functionality of the analog and digital sections is demonstrated. ⺠DNW collecting electrode is tested by means of a laser source. ⺠A non-linear model for charge preamplifier response is discussed. ⺠Redundant vertical interconnection is shown to work properly.
