Abstract
⺠Development of new measurement technique called SINRD to improve LWR safeguards. ⺠Performed SINRD experiment to measure 235U and pin diversions in PWR fresh assembly. ⺠Excellent agreement of MCNPX and measured results confirmed accuracy of SINRD model. ⺠SINRD can verify 235U and pin removal with high sensitivity using known DU assembly for calibration.
