Abstract
Isotopic targets of 90,94Zr, with thickness of 280 μg/cm2, have been prepared in ultra-high vacuum chamber by electron beam deposition method on carbon backing of 45 μg/cm2 thickness at Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi. Amounts of 50.9 and 58 mg isotopic materials were utilized for preparation of 90Zr and 94Zr targets, respectively. These targets have been successfully used in nuclear physics experiments at IUAC.
