Abstract
This paper reports the investigation of the irradiation dependent bonding strength of two-component glues which have low outgassing compatible with vacuum applications. The strength of the glue joints is compared before and after exposure to a thermal neutron fluence of 2.35×1016neutronspercm2. The goal of this work is to establish a glue which is applicable to join glass and metal parts of the ultra-cold neutron (UCN) guide system at the Paul Scherrer Institute's UCN source.
