Abstract
In this report, we describe the KL0 and muon identification subsystem of the BELLE experiment at the KEKB e+e-e+e- asymmetric collider. The system consists of resistive plate counter (RPC) charged particle detector installed within the segmented flux return iron yoke of the BELLE superconducting solenoid. Upgrade plan for high luminosity B-factory experiment is also discussed.
