Abstract
A highly sensitive fluorescence cell has been developed for atomic isotope shift measurements on stable and exotic isotopes. It has been tested for offline experiments with the stable isotope 133Cs. The sensitivity and the resolution of the present laser induced fluorescence set-up have been measured.
