Abstract
The two Tevatron experiments, CDF and DÃ, have been taking data with their silicon detectors since the beginning of 2002. Up to September 2006, the Tevatron has delivered an integrated luminosity of almost 2fb-1. Both experiments continuously monitor their detectors for silicon sensor damage due to radiation. These results allow both experiments to make predictions of the lifetime for their silicon detectors.
