Abstract
In the present work, applicability and advantages of the use of synchrotron radiation to the X-ray diffraction (XRD) study of the phase composition and microstructure of nonstoichiometric oxygen-permeable oxides having the composition Sr1−xAxCo0.8−yAlyFe0.2Oz, (where A=La, Ca) and SrFe1−xMxOz, (where M=W, Mo) have been demonstrated.
