Abstract
The article describes the structure and calculation modeling of characteristics of the detector for an absolute synchrotron radiation radiometer in the soft X-ray range of 8–0.4 nm. The detector is a bolometer working on the principle of substitution of electrical power for radiation power, with a high-temperature superconductor film as an element, sensitive to heat. The noise-equivalent power is predicted to be down to 4×10−11 W/Hz1/2 at 10 Hz.
