Abstract
Currently, neutron resonance spin echo (NRSE) spectrometers are being applied to pulsed neutron sources at J-PARC. High-performance NRSE requires the development of a resonance neutron spin flipper (RSF) with high frequency. We have fabricated an RSF of pure aluminum having a frequency greater than 500 kHz and a wavelength from 0.30 to 0.75 nm.
