Abstract
► Spectral filtering devices based on quantum graphs are designed theoretically. ► The passband is controlled by the application of macroscopic potentials on lines. ► The filters are built upon special Fulop-Tsutsui type couplings at graph vertices. ► A method of construction of Fulop-Tsutsui vertices from delta potentials is devised.
