Abstract
The Jarlskog Invariant Jν-mapJν-map of the neutrino mapping matrix is calculated based on a phenomenological model which relates the smallness of light lepton masses meme and m1m1 (of ν1ν1) with the smallness of T violation. For small T violating phase χlχl in the lepton sector, Jν-mapJν-map is proportional to χlχl, but meme and m1m1 are proportional to χl2. This leads to Jν-map≅16memμ+Omemμmτ2+Om1m2m32. Assuming m1m2m32≪memμ, we find Jν-map≅1.16×10-2Jν-map≅1.16×10-2, consistent with the present experimental data.
