Abstract
The behavior of Wigner phase delay time in the reflection mode is studied taking into account the real band structure of Kane type semiconductor quantum ring. It's calculated the analytical expression for the saturated delay time. It's shown that the saturated delay time is independent of the width of the opaque barrier.
