Abstract
Based on the non-autonomous quantum master equation which describes the collision between a two-level system and other atoms or molecules, we investigate the systemic dissipative and decoherence properties. Using a novel algebraic dynamic method, we found the SU(2)⊕U(1)SU(2)⊕U(1) dynamical symmetry of this system and obtained the exact solutions. Furthermore, the asymptotic behaviors of the master equation have been investigated.
