Abstract
We study the time-evolution of the mixed-state entanglement in a general spin–boson model including the entanglement sudden death. It is shown that the decay of entanglement depends on the temperature and coupling strength. Moreover the entanglement decay-factor of mixed states has the same form as that of the pure states.
