Abstract
⺠Resonances determine vibrotational energy transfer in slow atom-diatom collisions. ⺠We obtain the molecular action changes from the Fourier expansion of the interaction. ⺠Vibrotational correlations depend on collision velocity and initial molecular state. ⺠The application to classical Li2Ne collisions explains experimental observations.
