Abstract

We propose a theoretical scheme to produce Moiré effects via classically correlated thermal light. We derive Gaussian thin lens equations and plot the imaging process of Moiré patterns by graphics of ray optics. It is shown that Moiré effects can occur by using the ghost imaging technique via the classically correlated thermal light.
