Abstract
In this Letter, we investigate the Berry phase of an anisotropy nuclear spin-32 in GaAs semiconductor driven by an external magnetic field. The new observation is that the Berry phase can be controlled by both the magnitude of applied field and the anisotropy constant, which is useful in the geometric phase quantum computing.
