Abstract
⺠A statistical relative complexity measure is introduced. ⺠Numerator as Kullback-Leibler relative information. ⺠Denominator as Carbó quantum similarity as relative disequilibrium is proposed. ⺠Prior density set as atom at the beginning of the subshell in the periodic table. ⺠The diversity of atoms as the subshells are filled is revealed.
