Abstract
⺠An energy minimization method for data clustering and visualization is presented. ⺠The method is robust and stable, and well suited for exploratory data analysis. ⺠We demonstrate its ability to capture meaningful information from microarray data. ⺠The method successfully differentiated between different leukemia cancer subtypes.
