Abstract
The stationary distribution function of grains in a dusty plasma is calculated with regard to electron and ion absorption by grains. It is shown that such distribution can be considerably different from the distribution function of ordinary Brownian particles in thermal equilibrium. The criterion of formation of non-equilibrium spatially ordered distributions of grains in dusty plasmas is discussed.
