Abstract
► Evidences that lower hybrid waves are excited in slide-away regime are presented. ► Interaction of runaway electrons with those excited LHW is analyzed. ► Resonance energy is derived based on anomalous Doppler resonance effect. ► This interaction can reduce the damage to the machine caused by runaway electrons.
