Abstract
In this study a new computational model is proposed to simulate the flow control effects of glow discharge plasma. A velocity inlet boundary condition is applied to model the plasma induced velocity. A test case of the viscous flow around a two-dimensional circular cylinder is used to validate the model. A good agreement is made between the numerical and experimental results.
