Abstract
The use of modeling methods based on ab-initio approximations determines some ways of obtaining non-molecular nitrogen by excitation of UV radiation and subsequent self-formation of clusters. The paper illustrates the possibility of their stabilization by the example of cluster Cg-nitrogen, and decreasing their sensitivity through the passivation of superficial radicals by carbon-hydrogen molecules and making a protective shell round non-molecular nitrogen.
