Abstract
The results of numerical simulation of solitary waves in an array of quantum dots are reported. It is shown that solitary waves are stable against collisions between themselves (both in case of interacting equally polarized waves and waves of different polarizations). Weak dipole-dipole interaction between neighbouring quantum dots does not change the solitary character of propagation of interacting solitary waves.
